Tashkent holds concert dedicated to International Children’s Day

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Mehr Nuri Public Foundation in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Women’s Council, Social Initiatives Support Fund, Trade Unions Council and Children theatre “Marvarid” held a charity concert “The Year of Well-Being and Prosperity, Adult+children=together we will build great future” on 2 June 2013.

The concert programme, organized in cooperation with child theatre “Marvarid”, included performances of Uzbek celebrities and young artists. They made happy the audience with their performances.

The organizers said that some 300 children from low income families were invited and they had chance to win prizes at the lottery.

At the end of the event, the organizers and sponsors handed over prizes to the invited children.
