Shavkat Mirziyoyev Lays Wreath at Heroes Memorial in Tbilisi

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Heroes Square in Tbilisi on 3 July 2026 as part of his state visit to Georgia.

A guard of honor was lined up in tribute to the head of the Uzbek state.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev laid a wreath at the base of the Memorial of Heroes who died for the unity of Georgia.

During the ceremony, a military band performed the national anthems of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Georgia.
