SCO sign Yekaterinburg Declaration and Convention against terrorism

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Following the results of the Summit the Heads of the SCO member countries have signed a Yekaterinburg Declaration, the SCO Convention against terrorism and a joint communique.

The SCO leaders also approved the Statement on politic-diplomatic measures and SCO response mechanisms on situations threatening peace, security and stability in the region as well as the program against terrorism, separatism and extremism for 2010-2012.

Presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Iran, Chairman of the PeopleТs Republic of China, Prime-Minister of India, First Vice Prime-minister of Mongolia, took part in the session.
