Private House Catches Fire in Shaykhantahur District of Tashkent, Blaze Contained

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A fire broke out in a private house in the Shaykhantahur district of Tashkent, the press service of the city’s Emergency Situations Department reported.

The fire on Beltepa Street was reported on 16 February at 20:51. Firefighting and rescue units arrived at the scene just three minutes later, at 20:54.

Currently, work is underway to extinguish the blaze. The situation is under control of the city’s Emergency Department, and no information about casualties has been reported.
