Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan has presented three digital platforms — Raqamli mahalla, Aqlli mahalla and Mahalla AI — designed to improve work with residents and introduce modern technologies at the mahalla level.

The platforms were presented at the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan.

Raqamli mahalla allows users to analyze the social situation of households and citizens, identify families in need, conduct targeted work with unemployed people and monitor the handling of residents’ appeals.

Mahalla AI brings together data on 8,992 mahallas across Uzbekistan in a single digital environment. Users can ask questions in simple Uzbek and receive the required information promptly.

According to data presented at the event, 7,786 mahalla chairpersons have already registered on the platform. The system provides 12 different user roles.

Participants were also shown the results of the Urgench Smart City system. More than 300 services have been integrated into the system to date.

The presented solutions are intended not only to simplify the work of mahalla employees but also to expand their ability to identify residents’ problems at an early stage, analyze information and find targeted solutions.
