Uzbek FM receives First Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 4 March 2021, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Guryanov, the Uzbek ministry said in a statement.
Current issues of multifaceted cooperation in the areas of mutual interest were discussed during the negotiations. The sides also exchanged views on international politics and regional agenda.
The Belarusian side was invited to the High-Level International Conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities” to be held this year in Tashkent.
The Plan of inter-MFA consultations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2022 was signed at the meeting.
