Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The volume of foreign trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Turkey in 2020 reached US$2.1 billion, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

Uzbekistan's exports to Turkey reached US$1 billion, while imports from Turkey exceeded US$1.1 billion.

In particular, Uzbekistan exported non-ferrous metals for US$591.2 million, textiles - US$206.1 million and chemical products - US$78.3 million.

At the same time, Uzbekistan imported from Turkey machinery and equipment worth US$506.9 million, chemical products - US$291.5 million and ferrous metals - US$45 million.
