Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan exported dried carrots worth US$4.5 million in January-October 2020, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan reports.

According to the committee, the volume of exports of dried carrots amounted to 9,900 tonnes, which is 6,800 tonnes more compared to the same period in 2019.

About 9,400 tonnes of dried carrots were exported to Kazakhstan, 373.1 tonnes to Russia, 131.3 tonnes to the USA and 26.4 tonnes to Germany. 

As of 1 November 2020, Tashkent region exported 4,800 tonnes of dried carrots, Samarkand region – 3,500 tonnes, Namangan region - 524.6 tonnes and Tashkent city - 276.9 tonnes.
