New appointment takes place at the Ministry of Health

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the corresponding order of the President, Anvar Alimov, former director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Endocrinology named after academician Yu.Kh. Turakulova, was appointed Deputy Minister of Health - Head of the Department of Health of the city of Tashkent, the press service of the Ministry of Health reported.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Anvar Alimov held responsible positions of the rector of the Tashkent Pediatric Institute, First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2020, he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Health Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
