Nabiev Wins Silver at WT Taekwondo Youth Worlds

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — At the ongoing WT Youth World Taekwondo Championships held in the capital, Uzbekistan’s national team added another medal to its tally through the performance of Ayubkhon Nabiev in the men’s under-68 kg category.

The athlete advanced to the final after a strong series of victories, defeating opponents from Bulgaria, Morocco, the Republic of Korea and Kazakhstan, demonstrating consistent form throughout the tournament bracket.

In the decisive bout, the Uzbek athlete lost to Ismail Ismailov of Russia, ultimately finishing in second place and earning the silver medal.
