Murad Askarov becomes Uzbek Deputy Foreign Minister

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Murad Askarov has been appointed to the post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the press service of the ministry said.

The press service said that newly appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Murad Askarov has been presented to the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 20 March 2013.

Prior to appointment, Murad Askarov worked as Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan at the United Nations in New York city, the United States.
