MPs send back amendments to law “On bankruptcy” to revision

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan considered the draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to law “On bankruptcy” in the second reading on 24 October 2014.

The draft law is directed at strengthening guarantee for creditors on returning their resources, introducing norm to legislation that in case of bankruptcy of the enterprises, its debts will be paid proportionally between budget, off-budget funds and creditors.

After discussions, MPs sent back the draft law for revision and improvement. MPs entrusted the corresponding committee to prepare the draft law for adoption in final edition.
