Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Mirzokhid Japараliyevich Toshmatov has been appointed deputy director of Uzbekistan’s Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement, responsible for compliance and internal anti-corruption controls.
The appointment was formalised by an order issued by the head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan on 26 October 2026.
Before his appointment, Toshmatov headed the Andijan Region department of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General’s Office of Uzbekistan.
Over the years, he has held senior positions in the prosecution authorities and within the Department for Combating Economic Crimes. He also served in management roles at the department’s office in Ferghana Region.
In his new role, Toshmatov will oversee compliance and internal anti-corruption controls at the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement.
