The agenda of the 2026 Regional Environmental Summit covers eight key areas of environmental policy, reflecting a comprehensive approach to sustainable development.
These include countering climate change, ensuring food security and ecosystem resilience, adapting to natural risks, strengthening economic sustainability, reducing air pollution, improving waste management, developing tools to achieve environmental goals, and ensuring rational use of natural resources, as well as promoting an inclusive green transition and advancing environmental and digital competencies.

The Uzbekistan pavilion was designed as a modern exhibition and presentation space using interactive and multimedia solutions. It highlights national priorities in environmental protection, climate change, and sustainable development, as well as the country’s contribution to regional and international cooperation.
As part of the presentation, key initiatives aimed at developing a modern environmental development model were showcased. These include “Territory Free of Waste,” “Clean Air,” “Green Space,” “Ecoculture,” “Biodiversity Heritage,” and “Environmental Education.”
Special attention in the exposition was given to measures addressing the consequences of the Aral Sea crisis, as well as the expansion of cooperation with international organizations, primarily United Nations agencies.
