Legislative Chamber speaker meets French envoy

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 February 2015 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France in Uzbekistan Jacques-Henry Heuls met with the Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nurdinjon Ismoilov.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on further development of Uzbek-French inter-parliamentary cooperation, the press service of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis said.

The sides also discussed the prospects of bilateral trade-economic relations and strengthening cultural-humanitarian ties.
