Kylian Mbappe’s goal sends France into knockout stages

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- France reached the knockout stage of the FIFA World Cup from the Group C as the European side clinched a narrow 1-0 victory over Peru.

Kylian Mbappe scored his first World Cup goal on 34 minutes of the game, which sent his team to the last 16.

Peru crashed out of the tournament after just two matches.
