Information about a twofold increase in the size of pensions turned out to be false

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance denied reports on social networks about a twofold increase in the size of pensions.

“Information about a twofold increase in the size of pensions is spreading in social networks. It is not true! Recalculation of pensions is carried out after the publication of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which will be announced on the official website of the Fund,” the Pension Fund said.

The off-budget Pension Fund called on social media users to be vigilant not to believe false reports, to rely only on official sources, and also reminds of responsibility for disseminating false information among the population.
