InFinBank to raise charter capital to 10bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private open joint stock commercial bank InFinBank will increase its charter capital to 10 billion soums in line with the decision of the shareholders.

The bank said it will issue 4 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. The shares will be distributed among current shareholders proportionally.

InFinBank said currently its charter capital comprises of 6 million shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums. The authorized capital of the bank makes up 4 billion soums.

In August 2009, the bank completed the placement of the second emission of shares for 2.79 billion soums.

As of 1 September 2009, the assets of the bank reached 58.112 billion soums and aggregate capital comprised 7.556 billion soums.
