Fitch withdraws Tashkent City’s ‘BB-’ rating

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Uzbekistan’s Tashkent City’s Long-Term Foreign- and Local-Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) of ‘BB-’ with Stable Outlook. 

Fitch said that it has withdrawn the ratings as Tashkent City has chosen to stop participating in the rating process.

Therefore, Fitch no longer has sufficient information to maintain the ratings. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Tashkent City.
