Ferghana region discusses projects with Japanese companies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Ferghana region held a meeting with the management of Japanese companies Kansai Electronics Co., Ltd. and Material Works, which operate in the production of electronics and specialized equipment.

During the talks, the sides discussed prospects for developing cooperation and implementing joint projects in the fields of electronics, production of specialized technological equipment, and processing industries.

The Japanese companies expressed interest in the industrial potential of the Ferghana region, its logistics capabilities, and the conditions created for investors, and also stated their readiness for further cooperation and work on concrete projects.

During the meeting, the Uzbek side presented information on the favorable investment climate in Uzbekistan, particularly in the Ferghana region, existing industrial zones, export potential, and business opportunities.
