Euro-2012: Czech Republic beats Greece

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Czech Republic got their Euro 2012 campaign back on track with a 2-1 victory over Greece in Wroclaw on Tuesday.

The Czech Republic started the match strongly and were rewarded with a goal on 3 minutes. Petr Jiracek was on target. Three minutes later Vaclav Pilar scored the second of the Czech Republic.

After scoring two goals, the Czech Republic played as number two. Greece were handed a lifeline when Theofanis Gekas capitalised on a Petr Cech blunder on 53 minute but they were unable to force an equaliser.
