Delegation of Oman pays visit to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A delegation of Oman led by deputy head of department of economic research of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Halid Hamad Muhammad al-Gaylani was received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 18 April 2014.

The sides discussed practical aspects of the Uzbek-Omanian relations in bilateral and multilateral formats. They also exchanged opinion on entrance of the force of the agreement on creation of international transport corridor Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Iran-Oman, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Oman to Uzbekistan Mohammed bin Said al Lawati participated at the meeting.
