Number of LLCs in Uzbekistan exceeds 343,000

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — As of 1 June 2026, there were 430,900 active commercial organizations operating in Uzbekistan, according to data from the National Committee on Statistics.

Limited liability companies (LLCs) remain the most common organizational and legal form in the country. There are 343,584 registered LLCs, which accounts for 79.7 percent of the total number of commercial organizations.

Private enterprises hold the second position in terms of numbers, totaling 46,515, or 10.8 percent of the total volume.

Family enterprises account for 36,697 registered entities, which corresponds to 8.5 percent.

Additionally, there are 645 active joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan, representing a share of 0.2 percent. The remaining 3,496 commercial organizations belong to other organizational and legal forms, comprising 0.8 percent of the total number of enterprises.
