Daria Invest buys a stake in Suvmash plant

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - The Russian company Darya Invest bought a stake in the Tashkent plant Suvmash. This is stated in the message of the stock exchange.

According to the stock exchange, the Russian company acquired 57.3 thousand common and 238 preferred shares of the Suvmash plant.

The share of Darya Invest in the authorized capital of the plant is 25.4%.
