Darband customs point to be opened in Surkhandarya region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- New customs point Darband of border railway customs post Galaba in the territory of road-patrol service Darband will be opened in Surkhandarya region of Uzbekistan.

The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a corresponding resolution on opening of customs point Darband on 9 June 2016.

According to the resolution, the activities of the customs point will be directed at preventing smuggling at automobiles, moving on route Termez-Karshi.

The customs point will be equipped with modern equipment, including mobile inspection complex.
