Court suspends DD GENERAL INSURANCE license for six months

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – The Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court has suspended the license of DD GENERAL INSURANCE for a period of six months.

This decision came into effect on 26 July, 2024, according to the National Agency for Prospective Projects.

As per the court’s ruling, the license with series number SF №00034, issued on 25 February 2022, will be suspended for six months.

During this period, DD GENERAL INSURANCE is prohibited from entering into new insurance and reinsurance agreements or extending existing contracts.

However, the company is required to continue fulfilling its obligations under previously concluded insurance and reinsurance contracts according to the established terms.
