Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, together with South Korea’s First Lady Kim Hye Kyung and Kyrgyzstan’s First Lady Aigul Japarova, took part in a cultural programme at the Cheong Wa Dae residence in Seoul as part of the first Central Asia-Republic of Korea Summit, the press service of the President of Uzbekistan reported.
At the beginning of the programme, the first ladies attended a traditional tea ceremony. They exchanged views on the importance of cultural dialogue, preserving national traditions and further strengthening humanitarian ties between the Central Asian countries and the Republic of Korea.
The guests then attended a concert programme dedicated to Korea’s cultural heritage, featuring traditional Korean dances and musical performances.
