Costa Rica surprises Uruguay at World Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Costa Rica sensationally defeated Uruguay in their opening match of the Group D of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil.

Uruguay were favorites of the match. On 23 minutes, Edison Cavani opened the score from the penalty.

Costa Rica scored all three goals in the second half. Joel Campbell scored an equalizer on 54 minutes and three minutes later Oscar Duarte headed second goal of Costa Rica.

Marco Urena won all three points for Costa Rica on 84 minutes. He scored third goal of Costa Rica immediately after he was introduced to the game.
