Belarus, Uzbekistan Review Progress on July Agreements

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Pavel Utyupin met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Belarus Nuriddin Mamajonov on 4 August 2026.

The sides discussed current issues on the bilateral agenda, including cooperation in trade, economic, humanitarian, and interregional spheres.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, the participants paid special attention to the implementation of agreements reached during the state visit of President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Belarus on 8–9 July 2026.

The interlocutors also reviewed the schedule of upcoming mutual visits and joint events in the near future.

During the talks, the parties emphasized the traditionally open and trusting nature of Belarusian-Uzbek relations and noted constructive interaction between the two states at various levels.
