Avalanche danger declared in some areas of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Due to expected precipitation and a sharp change in air temperature from 30 December 2023 to 2 January 2024, an avalanche danger is declared in the mountainous regions of Uzbekistan.

The avalanche can happen in the following areas:

In Tashkent region: in Akhangaran, Bostanlyk and Parkent districts (Chatkal mountain system);

In Namangan region: in Pap district.
