Asaka Bank registers new issuance of ordinary shares worth 609.4 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Joint Stock Company Asaka Bank has registered a new issuance of ordinary shares, according to data from the Single Corporate Information Portal.

Under this issuance, the bank will place 4,383,795,387 ordinary shares with a total value of 609.39 billion soums. The nominal value of each share is set at 139.01 soums.

The securities will be placed through a closed subscription. Earlier, in July 2025, the bank’s shareholders decided to allocate 641.46 billion soums of retained earnings to increase the authorized capital.
