Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced clothing worth 19 trillion soums in January–June 2026, with Andijan Region recording the highest output at 7.1 trillion soums, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Tashkent Region ranked second with clothing production worth 2.1 trillion soums. Enterprises in Namangan Region produced 1.8 trillion soums worth of clothing, while production in Tashkent amounted to 1.7 trillion soums.

Ferghana Region rounded out the five regions with the highest production volumes, recording 1.4 trillion soums.

Clothing production in Samarkand Region amounted to 1 trillion soums. It was followed by Kashkadarya Region with 897.9 billion soums, Bukhara Region with 659.8 billion soums and Khorezm Region with 620.1 billion soums.

Large enterprises in Navoi Region produced clothing worth 578 billion soums, while the figure was 324.7 billion soums in Syrdarya Region and 307.8 billion soums in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The lowest production figures among the regions covered were recorded in Surkhandarya Region at 227.1 billion soums and Jizzakh Region at 203 billion soums.

Thus, Andijan Region recorded the highest clothing production among large enterprises during the first six months of 2026.
