Algoritm to place shares for about 9.605bn soums

Joint stock company Algoritm will place shares for about 9.605 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the company.
Within the emission, the company will place 9,604,954 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total volume of the issues will make up 9,604,954,000 soums.
According to Algoritm, the shares will be placed in line with agreement between Algoritm and Roison Electronics to repay earlier investments and increase share of Roison Electronics in the charter capital.
