Akmaljon Isroilov Reaches Final of World Boxing Championship in Liverpool

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan national team member Akmaljon Isroilov has secured a place in the final of the World Boxing Championship in Liverpool.

In the semifinal, he defeated Austrian boxer Michael Fares Derouich in the 85 kg weight category.

This victory brought the total number of Uzbek boxers reaching the finals to eight, setting a record for the current championship.
