AGMK to pay dividends for 2010

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- General Shareholders’ Meeting of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine (AGMK, Tashkent region) adopted a decision on payment of dividends for ordinary and preferential shares for 2010.

According to the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 74.31 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 250 soums per preferential shares

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 89,715,658 shares, of which 87,466,100 ordinary and 2,249,558 preferential shares.

In line with the decision of the shareholders, the dividends will be paid with money resources.
