Adkham Khudoykulov Appointed as Rector of New ToshTech Technical University

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Adkham Khudoykulov has been appointed as the rector of the newly established ToshTech Technical University.

The appointment was formalized by a government resolution dated 12 September 2025.

Prior to this role, Khudoykulov served as the director of the National Agency for Educational Quality Assurance under the Presidential Administration.
