Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A ceremony was held to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism and the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation.
This document aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation in cultural exchange and the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.
One of the key areas of cooperation will be organizing joint exhibitions where collections from Uzbek museums will be showcased in museum institutions in Abu Dhabi. The memorandum also includes plans for collaborative scientific research on topics of mutual interest to deepen the study and preservation of cultural heritage.
Particular attention will be given to the exchange of experience in museum practices, restoration, and the management of cultural sites. The memorandum outlines plans for training programs, seminars, and conferences aimed at enhancing the skills of professionals and developing mutual cooperation in the preservation of cultural values.
