A solar bus stop appeared in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A new stop was built near the North Station in the Mirabad district. A solar panel is installed on its roof, and an inverter for the solar panel is installed inside the stop itself.

The generated electricity is used to illuminate the stop and the electronic scoreboard.

Soon it will also be possible to charge a mobile phone and use free Wi-Fi here.
