30 Modern "Zong Tong" Buses Arrive in Urgench

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Urgench is upgrading its public transport system with the arrival of 30 modern "Zong Tong" buses, manufactured in China, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport.

The purchase of these buses is part of a project aimed at renewing the fleet and improving passenger service quality.

The company "Bunyod Yulovchi Tashish" has signed a contract to acquire 80 "Zong Tong" buses, financed through concessional loans from Uzsuvbank. 

In the first phase of the project, 50 buses have already been purchased, with the remaining 20 buses expected to arrive in Urgench soon.
