Weightlifter Manzurahon Mamasalieva finishes third at Universiade

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan national team clinched another bronze medal at the World Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia.

In the competition of weightlifting among women in the weight category up to 69 kg Manzurahon Mamasalieva clinched the third place.

Mamasalieva lifted 222 kg (97+125) of weight and won a bronze medal of the Games.

Uzbekistan now has 16 medals of the Universiade, including a gold, seven silver and eight bronze medals.
