Uztelecom and Russia’s Astra Group Sign Strategic Partnership for Uzbekistan’s Digital Transformation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Russian infrastructure software developer Astra Group and Uzbek telecom operator Uztelecom have signed a strategic partnership agreement during ICT Week Uzbekistan 2025, the Russian company reported.

Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate on developing Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure and implementing Russian technological solutions in the country’s corporate sector.

The partnership includes adapting and localizing Astra Group’s software products for the Uzbek market, as well as creating joint solutions for IT infrastructure management.

Uztelecom’s Deputy Chairman for Commercial Affairs, Javlon Islamov, emphasized that the agreement marks an important step forward in the country’s digital transformation.
