Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Bukhara-based outsourcing firm Leaders Group Team generated US$1.43 million in service exports to the US market during the first half of 2026, exceeding its total 2025 export figure of US$963,500, the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan said.
Uzbekistan's Minister of Digital Technologies visited the company to review its operations, export capabilities, and local workforce development. Leaders Group Team specializes in remote Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services tailored to the US transport and logistics sector. The company operates BPO centers across Uzbekistan and internationally, recruiting English-speaking youth to manage international logistics operations.
During the visit, officials highlighted the firm's overall revenue growth. The value of services provided by the company totaled 11.66 billion soums in 2025, rising to 17.07 billion soums in the first six months of 2026.
The company's workforce has expanded alongside its financial growth. After operating with a single employee in 2024, the staff grew to 111 people in 2025 and currently stands at 150 employees.
The minister also examined the company's future development plans, which focus on expanding BPO service capacity, increasing foreign market reach, and generating additional employment opportunities.
According to the ministry, expanding local BPO centers enables Uzbek youth to gain international corporate experience, improve foreign language fluency, and acquire digital skill sets, while allowing the nation to increase IT service exports through intellectual labor without requiring large-scale industrial infrastructure.
