Uzhydromet: avalanche danger declared in Tashkent region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- An avalanche danger has been declared in the Chimgan tract in the Chatkal mountain system, in Bostanlyk district, Akhangaran district of Tashkent region. This was reported by the press service of the Center for Hydrometeorological Service of Uzbekistan.

On 29-30 November and 1 December 2022, in the area of the Kamchik pass of the A-373 Tashkent-Osh highway, snow is expected, heavy precipitation at times, fog, visibility deterioration up to 50 m, wind speed up to 17-20 m/s, Snowdrifts are possible on the road.
