Uzbekneftegaz, CNPC discuss cooperation issues

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of CNPC led by its vice-president Wan Dunxian [transliterated] held negotiations at Uzbekneftegaz national holding company, the Uzbek firm said on 23 March.

The sides exchanged opinion on realization of project on exploration and development of Mingbulak field. The sides noted to speed up utilization of investment to start well drilling in the second half of the year.

Uzbekneftegaz and CNPC officials also discussed construction of the Uzbek part of Uzbekistan-China gas pipeline.

The sides also discussed geologic exploration at investment blocks in Uzbekistan and supply of drilling equipment to Uzbekistan.
