Uzbekneftegaz, CCDC Discuss Oil and Gas Projects

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A working meeting was held between the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, Abdugani Sanginov, and a delegation from Chinese drilling company CCDC, which is part of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).

The parties discussed prospects for further cooperation within joint projects and reviewed the current stages of their implementation. Special attention was given to the results of preliminary negotiations held in the city of Chengdu, which participants described as constructive.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on the technical aspects of the projects, formats of cooperation, and further steps for implementing the initiatives. The CCDC delegation also familiarized itself with the practical conditions for carrying out joint operations.

Following the talks, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in developing cooperation, effectively implementing projects, and strengthening a long-term partnership based on trust.
