Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) —Uzbekistan has updated its aviation rules on air navigation in line with the standards and requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the Civil Aviation Agency said.

Uzavia has approved aviation rules on air traffic services in the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the requirements of Annex 11, “Air Traffic Services,” to the Convention on International Civil Aviation. The document was registered in accordance with established procedures with the Ministry of Justice.

In addition, the director of Uzavia approved as regulatory and technical documents the aviation rules on civil aviation aeronautical charts in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the aviation rules governing aeronautical information services in the country.

The development of the documents is aimed at ensuring the full implementation of ICAO standards and requirements in practice, as well as further improving national regulatory documents through their regular analysis and revision.
