Uzbekistan to create network of social pharmacies

Uzbekistan plans to create a network of social pharmacies in 2018.
On 22 January, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree “On state program for Implementation of the Strategy of Action for the five priority development directions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 in the Year of Support of Active Business, Innovative Ideas and Technologies."
According to the decree, 2,000 social pharmacies will be opened in the country, which will provide the population with high-quality medicines at affordable prices.
