Uzbekistan's GDP Grew 8.5% in H1 2026 — See Where the Economy Is Booming

Uzbekistan's economy just posted its strongest half-year in five years. Preliminary data from the state statistics agency shows GDP reached 1,072.7 trillion soum in January-June 2026 — up 8.5% in real terms.

Tashkent city, plus Navoiy and Tashkent regions, drove over 41% of that growth alone.
