Moderate Adoption (1,000 – 3,500 units): Khorezm, Kashkadarya, Fergana, Navoiy, Bukhara, Andijan, Namangan, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan have all crossed the 1K threshold.
Lowest Adoption: The lowest EV penetration is recorded in Syrdarya (799), Jizzakh (517), and Surkhandarya (315) regions.
