Uzbekistan to buy 4 billion kWh of electricity in Turkmenistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan will purchase electricity from Turkmenistan. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Uzbekistan Sherzod Asadov.

Asadov noted that during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan, the countries reached agreements in the energy sector.

In particular, according to him, Uzbekistan will purchase 4 billion kWh of electricity from Turkmenistan.
